Section 8 Housing Income Limits & Payment Standards

GMAHA's jurisdiction is Rock Island County except for the cities of Moline and Rock Island. We do not assist in the cities of Moline or Rock Island as they have their own program.

Rent plus utilities are not to exceed the above amounts for each voucher size. If you do exceed the above amount, you will have to pay the difference. HUD will not allow you to pay more than 40% of your adjusted income on your portion of rent plus utilities.
