Accounting – Finance Department

The Finance Department conducts administrative and accounting support for the Agency in full compliance with the Housing Authority policies and HUD regulations. The department maintains a strong and active relationship with all departments and staff. The department provides/maintains budget data for the Central Office Cost Center (COCC), Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV), Capital Fund programs and four Property Developments.

Capital Fund / Facilities Management – Facilities Department

The Department oversees various grant programs and directs all modernization, renovation, and new development activities for the agency. The department directs, monitors and reports on procurement activities, Section 3 goals, labor issues and a wide variety of other items. The department also performs a variety of quality control functions, including a physical inspection of properties (Public Housing and Section 8), review of vacated apartment renovation time and materials, review of resident/participant file records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Our main objective is providing and maintaining rental apartments for low income individuals and families that are safe, secure and in good condition. It provides supervision and oversight to all departments and staff. Social Services – Property Management Department

The Social Service Intern assist the Property Managers and Case Managers in addressing the physical, psychological, and social needs of their clients. The Social Service Intern assists in the evaluation of the resident family household, identifies areas of need and provides direction to social services that will enable the resident to improve their quality of life. Additional responsibilities include coordinating resident activities, both social and educational at the various sites.
